Refund Policy

PAA Free does not require payment. PAA Pro is currently €5.99 per month with 100 automatic searches per calendar month. Purchases are processed through a Merchant of Record, and checkout shows any applicable taxes and renewal terms before payment.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a recurring PAA Pro subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access already paid for normally continues until the end of the current billing period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on the purchase circumstances, service usage and applicable consumer law. If a refund is approved or legally required, it is returned through the Merchant of Record to the original payment method where possible.

Usage-based allowances

Automatic-search allowances or credits that have already been consumed are normally not refundable on their own, except where required by applicable law or where a billing or service error justifies a refund.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights that apply to a purchase.
