Effective: 12 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Paa. website and Chrome extension.
The service
Paa. is a job-application assistance tool for individual job seekers. It can help organize CV and application information, inspect an active job posting, prepare application content, generate user-requested documents, track applications and, where enabled, research relevant public professional contacts.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking all information before using or submitting it. Paa. does not guarantee employment, interviews, application acceptance, contact accuracy, email deliverability, employer responses or compatibility with every applicant-tracking system.
Acceptable use
You may not use Paa. to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, bypass CAPTCHA/MFA or access controls, conduct bulk unsolicited outreach, misuse professional contact information, violate applicable law, or deliberately violate third-party platform terms.
Application submission
Paa. is designed to assist with preparation. The final employer submission remains under the user's control. Users should review every CV change, answer and letter before sending it.
Professional contact information
Contact-search results may rely on public sources, inference and technical validation. They can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and should be treated as research assistance, not as a guarantee that a mailbox belongs to or will reach a particular person.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account credentials and email. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, security threats or material violations of these terms.
Plans and paid access
Paa. may offer a Free plan and a paid PAA Pro plan. PAA Pro is currently offered at €5.99 per month and includes 100 automatic searches per calendar month. Applicable taxes, renewal terms and the final amount are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by a Merchant of Record. Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal, subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features may change when the product improves or when a third-party service becomes unavailable or can no longer be used under acceptable commercial terms. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated appropriately.
Intellectual property
Users retain rights in the CV and application content they provide. Paa.'s software, branding and original product materials remain owned by their applicable owner or licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Service limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paa. is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, employment outcomes or continuous compatibility with every third-party job platform. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
